I have a four cavity version of this mold I got for my .257 Texan and .257 Citrus airguns. This design is the de facto bullet for any .257 Airgun fan. I run as close to pure lead as possible, powder coat, lube and size. It is super accurate and consistent. This mold drops beautiful bullets and I can highly recommend. Only thing that would make me even happier would be to have a Hollowpoint version of this mold.

I have a 4 cavity Arsenal 257420 mold that casts beautiful and super accurate bullets for my .257 Texan and .257 Citrus Custom Air Rifle. This is the one bullet mold any .257 AirGun owner should start with. Arsenal’s mold casts better than the original Lyman from what I can tell.

40:1 mix, 69 grains cast as a hollow point. Arsenal molds, hollow pointed by Erik Ohlen. 1050 ft/sec impacted at 50 yards into milk jugs, blew up first jug and captured (mushroomed slug) in third jug. I'm liking this boolit.... I'm thinking squirrel, turkey and coyote

I just received my first Arsenal mould a couple of days ago -- 5- cavity aluminum, 70 grain 25 cal for my 25/20's. Beautiful mould, dropped bullets at .259 with my hard bullet alloy. No drama: all bullets fill out nicely and drop from mould with a gentle tap or two. I'm sure this won't be my last Arsenal mould.
